When you shop, tell the retailer that you would like to Shop & Collect your goods. You’ll be given a special receipt and then just need to pick them up at the Collection point located in UK Arrivals when you get back from your trip.

The service is free and available to all passengers flying within the tax territory of the European Union. There’ll be no delays on your return because our staff will have your goods waiting for you.
